Tinago Falls

I’ve been here last month for a reunion with my cousins. This is the Tinago Falls here in Mindanao, Philippines. Do you know why it is called Tinago? In our dialect, Tinago means hide in English. That falls before is hard to locate because it is some like hiding from the mountains and trees that surrounds the falls, but know the area was well developed and many tourists go there.

Is there something in Green tea that is not GOOD for pregnant?

Antioxidants are chemical compounds that can help to prevent cell damage in our bodies, which is to be found in teas. Research suggests that antioxidants may help to protect us against diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and some forms of cancer but is there something in it that dangers the life of pregnant woman and their babies?

A lot of good benefits are found in teas, it’s too many to mention actually. But what is the work of green tea during pregnancy that could give bad effects to both mommy and the baby?

If you’re pregnant and drinking tea is one of your hobbies, discontinue the intake of tea not until you have visited your doctor. Listen carefully and follow the doctor’s advice for you don’t know what tea brings to and to your child.

Mostly is attracted with how food is presented, isn't it?

Food is for everybody! No one can survive without it, for sure you know that!:) Of course this is consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. There are different kinds of foods - salty, sour, sweet and bitter.

You may not know what it taste until you get a spoon and put in tongue.Right?

Human as I am, I got fascinated with how this food (you can see it here) was presented. For me, it's unique and this is my first time to see this. So what I did? I got it from my bare hands and put it in my tongue.

Fortunately, I like how it taste. ahaha Lucky me! So, if i where you, try everything .Remember, there's no harm in trying. If with poison, throw it!haha
